The Metro Deluxe adult scooter is engineered to be the ultimate all-rounder scooter. Tested to tackle urban footpaths in comfort with front suspension and an aluminum fixed deck. Unique to the Metro Deluxe is the intuitive hand operated rear disc braking system, which ensures a controlled ride and easy stop. Complemented with wide curved handlebars for an ergonomic steering stance. It’s the perfect scooter to take you from A to B and all the way to Z.


Designed with safety at the core, the Metro Deluxe has a full fender brake completed with an easy see reflector and integrated tube light. Increased splash protection is provided by the front mudguard and long rear brake. It can be simply folded and stored at home or at the office - the Metro Deluxe is built for the everyday.

    Great fun!

    My life has gone full circle. I started off with a scooter 60 years ago , and have now swapped my bike for a Metro Deluxe! Easy and fun to ride, and perfect for scooting round my village. Stable and well-built, I love the addition of the hand- brake for the rear wheel. I’m known round the place as the scooting granny!

    Expected nothing less from Micro

    I bought this for my daughter. Expected nothing less from Micro in terms of build quality and am super happy.

    The positives:

    - good ground clearance

    - disk brakes

    - inbuilt LED lights

    - wide foot board

    This is not a criticism but the things you could improve:

    - Break wire is perhaps a bit too big even with extended handle. I tied it to the front bar with a velcro so it does not get entangled

    - The bike stand, although nice and discreet, is not strong enough for this kind of bike. So a strong breeze topples the bike when its on a stand. Also, I have not figured out how to take it out without using the hands yet. Not that easy as you show in the videos.

    I would definitely recommend this scooter. There is nothing to be disappoited with. YOu can perhaps get similarly designed scooters much cheaper, but you wont know the difference till you ride a Micro. I have been a customer for 10 years now. Have bought several scooters from Micro and have always managed to sell them in very good condition even after years' of enjoyment. The quality is undisputed.

    LOVE!

    Absolutely awesome scooter! So pleased with it and now can finally scooter along as a whole family now!! It’s light, easy to use totally recommend!

    Good quality despite its flaws

    Ive been using this scooter for about a month of commuting to work. About 7kms combined to and from work. And comparing it with another adult commuter scooter with similar price.

    Pros:

    The quality is very good. Very light and easy to cary around. Integrated front lights is a nice touch makes it a bit safer if you ride your scooter at night. Disk Brakes is also good. Front suspension is good works really well with small bumps on the ground. Handle bars are wide and makes it easy to manoeuvre.

    Cons:

    Price! For a scooter almost 400 bucks theres alot of better options for the same or cheaper price. Supposedly an adult scooter for commuting, the deck veryyyy small and makes the ride very restricted and a bit uncomfortably cramped. Makes the ride NOT confidence inspiring. Specially if you're new to commuting with a scooter (Im 170cm 85kls with size 10 feet)

    Also the handle bars does not fold makes it less portable and harder to store cos the handle bars are wide. The handles are like sponge and soaks any liquid specially sweat and becomes really wet and gross, i dont know why Micro scooter didnt just put rubber handles in the first place instead you have to buy them separately. Folding system is a bit fiddly, there are better system out there. I would recommend getting a shoulder strap as you cant drag it when its folded.

    In conclusion:

    I still would recommend it if you have much smaller feet than i am. The ride is smooth and Easy to cary. But for the price.... it…

    I am glad to hear the parts of the scooter that you are enjoying, the Metro Deluxe was designed to be as lightweight and compact as possible for the commute whilst preserving the riders comfort.

    All of our scooters are made from premium materials and built to last, with a two year manufacturing warranty and a full range of spare parts, so over time we do hope you'll see the added value.

    The deck is designed with the commute in mind, to be lightweight, compact and easy to tuck away on public public transport or at the office. And there is always a trade off! We do recommend riding with one foot on the deck plate and lightly resting your other foot over the brake. This is a super safe technique to use as well :)

    The foam handles on the scooter are designed for the utmost in comfort when riding, and they absorb small shocks to your fingers when riding over lumps and bumps of the pavement. We do recommend that you do store your scooter in a dry area whereby the grips can be aired. An awesome tip for easy maintenance too.
