Returning an Item

• Keep proof of postage for all returns.
• Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit.
• We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be: 
• Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging.
• Returned within 60 days of delivery.

Delivery Costs For Returns

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any re-delivery fees.  
• We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges.  

Change of Mind

• We do not accept returns if you change your mind.  

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:  

• If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
• For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.  

Exchanges

• If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

• You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.  
• If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions. 
• Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.

• Returns of defective items may incur return shipping costs to Micro New Zealand.
• Allow up to 14 days for refunds after we receive the returned item.

A: Yes, Micro Sprite Neochrome does fold and it does so easily and quickly. This makes it ideal for storing or transporting the scooter. The Sprite also has a kickstand which means the scooter can stand upright by itself - no need to lean it against doors or walls.

A: The size of the scooter unfolded measures L69cm x H96cm x W34cm. When folded the scooter measures L66cm x H25cm x W10cm. You can see the Sprite LED is not a cumbersome scooter rather its lightweight yet strong aluminium frame allows for easy storage and transportation. The footplate is 34.5cm long - more than enough space for a growing child’s feet. The wheels of the Micro Sprite  LED scooter are made from 87o ShoreA polyurethane which means the wheels are extremely solid. Rather than throw the scooter away, having the ability to make a repair to your scooter to prolong its use is much more beneficial.
